Something you just don’t get in other travel agencies

I would highly recommend Tour America. From the very beginning everything was easy, Alana was a massive help in advising us on where to stay and what to do. She gave us so much of her time, even when we were very indecisive and had a million questions! The fact that she has visited Las Vegas before was really helpful too. She offered an abundance amount of tips and tricks that we never would have known without chatting with her. She was even available to talk us through our final queries at the last hour the day before we left. This sort of hand on support and advice is truly something you just don’t get in other travel agencies. The booking was easy, payment plan was great, and the fact that TA sent us all our documents for the flights and hotels etc honestly took a huge weight off our shoulders. I’m already looking forward to booking my next holiday with Tour America!

A friend put us in touch with Lorna Mcgrath from this company in Ireland . It was our first cruise , we were getting overwhelmed with all the information so just told Lorna what we wanted and our budget and she put the package together for us. With every phone call we made to her, for any questions we had, Lorna was very professional and friendly and sorted everything out for us .
I’d highly recommend you ask for her if your looking for any holiday . We couldn’t have asked for a better person to make our first cruise the most enjoyable experience we ever had.

Tour America was terrific in helping plan and book our holiday to NYC, we stayed in the Hilton Midtown and the location was fantastic, we were five minute walk to Central Park one side and five minute walk to Times Square the other side. Tour America advised me on the ESTA visa and esim process, as first timers going to NYC they had everything covered for us!

Great advice, recommendations and common sense .. same airline bookings for long haul to ensure smooth transition, plenty of time for transfers etc. Nothing was a problem and we had an amazing holiday in Barbados where we were joined by daughters living in the US and Canada. … looking forward to booking our next holiday already!!

A fantastic experience from minute one

Booked a Caribbean cruise with Donna at the Holiday World Show yesterday. A fantastic experience from minute one (which is more than I can say about 2 other cruise exhibitors who weren’t even remotely interested in getting business). Donna was engaging, friendly, knowledgeable and enthusiastic throughout the whole process. As we pretty much knew exactly what we wanted, we had the trip fully booked, including flights within 40 minutes. Donna is a credit to her company, and would easily make me return to Tour America in the future.

Great company to deal with. Very professional, knowledgeable, sincere and personal all in one. We ran into a bit of bother coming home missing a connecting flight because of the weather but Tour America were on hand and someone rang me to guide me through our problem. Bear in mind it was in the middle of the night Ireland time. Couldn’t fault the company in any way.
