Tour America was terrific in helping plan and book our holiday to NYC, we stayed in the Hilton Midtown and the location was fantastic, we were five minute walk to Central Park one side and five minute walk to Times Square the other side. Tour America advised me on the ESTA visa and esim process, as first timers going to NYC they had everything covered for us!

Dealing with Tour America can’t be easier. They are so helpful and the response time by email or phone is it so fast. So, i email Tour America on what I was looking for. I got number of options on what i wanted and what other options that I could have. This was great to have. I did not just get the one quote and hear no more. I cannot recommend Christine highly enough

This is our 7th trip with you guys and honestly I cannot recommend Christine highly enough. I’ve booked with her several times now and consider her a friend. She is absolutely amazing, so knowledgeable in her products, so friendly and upbeat and is as excited booking the trips as we are going. She’s an absolute amazing ambassador for Tour America. Niamh worked with us to plan our trip and was a pleasure to deal with. Great advice, recommendations and common sense .. same airline bookings for long haul to ensure smooth transition, plenty of time for transfers etc. Nothing was a problem and we had an amazing holiday in Barbados where we were joined by daughters living in the US and Canada. … looking forward to booking our next holiday already!!

A fantastic experience from minute one

Booked a Caribbean cruise with Donna at the Holiday World Show yesterday. A fantastic experience from minute one (which is more than I can say about 2 other cruise exhibitors who weren’t even remotely interested in getting business). Donna was engaging, friendly, knowledgeable and enthusiastic throughout the whole process. As we pretty much knew exactly what we wanted, we had the trip fully booked, including flights within 40 minutes. Donna is a credit to her company, and would easily make me return to Tour America in the future.

Great company to deal with. Very professional, knowledgeable, sincere and personal all in one. We ran into a bit of bother coming home missing a connecting flight because of the weather but Tour America were on hand and someone rang me to guide me through our problem. Bear in mind it was in the middle of the night Ireland time. Couldn’t fault the company in any way.

Price for flights & accommodation was really good..

I really enjoyed my trip to Boston booked through Tour America. The hotel was great and the overall price for flights and accommodation was really good.
