2. If you are spending more than one day at Universal, buy a multi-day ticket. No one likes to rush around on holiday, a multi-day ticket ensures you get to see it all—at your own pace.
3. Download the Universal App on your phone and familiarize yourself with it before you arrive.
4. Much like Ireland, the weather in Florida changes often. Be sure to check Orlando’s forecast online before your trip and always pack in a jumper!
5. Sunscreen, sunglasses, hats and comfy shoes are a MUST!
6. Backpacks and shoulder bags are handy for carrying your essentials while exploring the parks.
7. Remember to bring fruit, raisins, crackers, or small containers of dry cereal for the little ones to munch on when they get hungry.
8. Single or double strollers are available for rent upon entering Universal Studios Florida and Universal’s Islands of Adventure. Strollers will not be available for rent at Universal’s Volcano Bay. You are permitted to bring your own stroller if you find it more convenient.
What you can bring into the park, please note the following guidelines:

Bottled water
Small snacks that do not require heating
Any food required for medical purposes and medically indicated nutritional supplements
Any food required for special dietary needs
Baby food/baby formula
Soft-sided insulated bags no larger than 8.5″ wide x 6″ high x 6″ deep
Prohibited items:
Alcoholic beverages
Picnic lunches
Food that requires heating or refrigeration
Glass containers
Hard-sided coolers
Soft-sided coolers larger than 8.5″ wide x 6″ high x 6″ deep
Suitcases and bags with wheels
Folding chairs
Clothing with offensive language or content
Clothing that represents someone as emergency personnel
Weapons of any kind
