Royal Caribbean has announced plans for a fourth Oasis Class Ship

Royal Caribbean has just announced plans for a fourth Oasis-class ship. These ships are the largest passenger ships in the world; the first, the Oasis of the Seas, launched in 2009. The Allure of the Seas set sail in 2010 and the newest ship, should be ready for passengers by 2016. The announcement came during the keel-laying ceremony for the third ship at the shipyard in Saint-Nazaire, France.

The newest ship would launch in 2018 and is still awaiting financing and documentation. The Oasis-class ships have 2,700 staterooms and can hold over 6,000 passengers.
